You will also influence, motivate and support other Scrum masters and influence PO and Stakeholders to ensure teams are high performing, engaged and delivering maximum value.
You'll be working closely with a multi-disciplined teams with opportunities to learn and enhance your career. You'll have opportunities to contribute to the strategic direction of the products delivered, as well as inspiring and influencing the wider organisation as the client transform how they build vehicles and operates, together.
Skills Required:
- Ability to communicate and engage with individuals within the cross functional teams, at all levels in the business, from both technical and non-technical backgrounds and present content in a meaningful, clear and concise way
- Strong Problem solving and Leadership skills actively develops and supports team members and able to create and maintain a safe working environment for the team, for example by helping with conflict resolution. across co-located & virtual teams
Experience Required:
- Experience of managing projects & backlogs in tools such as Confluence & JIRA.
- Scrum Master certification
- Automotive experience, project management and University Bachelors Degree
Additional Information:
This role is on a contract basis an is Inside IR35.
