Duties:
The Integrated Energy Management Lead Engineer will take a leading role in:
Supporting the Efficiency Product Owner in the delivery of data-driven, intelligent, optimised energy nodes (sources of energy conversion) in pursuit of Vehicle Efficiency attributes (e.g. real world and homologated driving range and energy consumption) befitting modern luxury.
Collaborating with a wide range of business stakeholders and Engineers to deliver vehicle programmes against the teams Quality Operating Schedule (QOS; client’s framework for attribute delivery).

Identifying risks and opportunities in a robust data-driven manner with the purpose of informing and influencing business decisions and engineering direction related to vehicle energy nodes.
Reporting to the Vehicle Architecture’s Efficiency Product Owner and working within the Agile operating model, responsibilities will include:

- Supporting squads to plan and share work through facilitating focused and engaging scrum events
- Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Identifying and facilitating in the removal of impediments and risks
- Facilitating stakeholder collaboration wherever required
- Coordinating and contributing towards Vehicle Efficiency attribute verifications and data analysis
- Supporting effective Vehicle Efficiency attribute governance throughout vehicle programmes, identifying and making recommendations for how to handle risks and opportunities as they arise
- Collaborating with tools and methods teams to support development of Vehicle Efficiency attribute
- Where programme delivery imperatives allow, contribute and add value to continuous improvement project work
- Undertaking any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested


Skills:
Essential:
- Knowledge and/or experience of working with Agile operating principles
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Evidence of a methodical, structured approach to problem solving
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to use data and visualisations to articulate complex risks, opportunities and recommendations in an easily digestible way

- Technical engineering background

Duties:
Vehicle and Rig Test Operations forms the backbone of our client’s internal vehicle test and development capability, and is responsible for a wide and diverse range of activities including Structural and Durability Test, Body Rig Test, Road Load Data, Analytical Facilities, NVH, Climatic Test, and Safety Test. 

The Facility & Technology Development team are responsible for the design and delivery of facility components, test rigs and the infrastructure required in support of the core areas delivering physical test plans.  The area is also responsible for the development and delivery of key new facilities, technology, infrastructure and strategy for the wider business, project leading from concept through to delivery.

The role will see the associate lead the design and delivery of bespoke test rigs and fixtures in support of the core cycle plan across all the Engineering Labs test areas. These rigs will vary from component to system level or full vehicle testing.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Designing test rigs and components using the 3DX toolset (Catia V6) from concept to delivery.
- Creating 2D drawings for manufacture of parts at internal workshops and external suppliers.
- Liaising with customers to identify testing requirements and ensuring test rigs are capable of the task.
- Liaising with workshop fitters and supervisors.
- Managing and planning workload to ensure on time delivery of test rigs.
- Validation of designs using appropriate methods e.g., Hand Calculations, kinematics, MBS (Multibody Simulations), FEA/CAE.
- Creating technical reports.

Skills:
- Knowledge of testing methodologies relating to the testing of road vehicles.
- Knowledge of vehicle architecture, components and mechanical systems.
- Experienced CAD user for 3D modelling.

Duties:
The Test Kitting Engineer will be responsible for owning and managing the Bill of Materials (BoM) for Units Under Test (UUT) across Batteries, EDU, and Engine Test environments. This includes ensuring that all kits are complete, accurate, and delivered on time to support scheduled test activities. The role involves coordinating the procurement and logistics of components, including ordering, tracking, and expediting parts through internal systems and external suppliers to meet critical deadlines. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand specific test requirements and translate them into actionable kitting plans, ensuring all necessary components, tools, and documentation are prepared and available. In addition to following established kitting processes, the role requires a proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements that enhance efficiency and reliability. Regular performance updates, including weekly reports on kit readiness and delivery status, will be provided to the Central Planning Team. Responsible for monitoring and minimising the variability of wind noise performance on current production vehicle lines.

- Be an in-plant representative for the wind noise attribute, acting as a voice of the customer in the manufacturing environment.
- Detect where attribute performance could vary away from target (via objective measurement, subjective drive, static assessment/measurement, over checking build conformance to assembly process, etc.),
- Perform initial root cause investigation and drive issues through to resolution with the relevant responsible areas.
- Liaise closely with core aeroacoustics team to understand future products entering plant launch and their critical attribute characteristics as well as ongoing quality actions on current products.
- Flexibility to work across various sites (Warwickshire / Coventry / Solihull / Liverpool) as required.
